CREATING THE FUTURE OF MOBILE FINANCIAL SERVICES
Mobey Forum is a global non-profit forum, driven by the finance industry. Mobey Forum promotes secure and user-friendly mobile banking and payment services. Our mission is to facilitate banks to offer mobile financial services by creating suitable business models through cross-industry collaboration.
In order to reach our targets we annually organize 4-5 two-day plenary meetings. Each meeting is specially designed to address the most challenging current issues, all presented by recognized leaders within the industry. There are a lot of case studies shared during the meetings, which are highly interactive with opportunities for strategic learning, networking and sharing of peer experiences. In addition to the plenary meetings, Task Forces are created on specific work items to foster exchange of expertise, insight and solutions. In addition, the Business Workgroup consisting of Full Members works on aligning the business perspectives of the banks.

Our first meeting in conjunction with a NFC industry event will take place in Monaco on 29th April 2008 during the WIMA 2nd European NFC Developers Summit. Main themes will be discussing the mobile financial services ecosystem especially in context of NFC and the collaborative business models. Agenda will be available through the Mobey secretariat.
